Do you feel that love is fair? Sometimes it is. Sometimes it’s not. Here are two very simplistic examples:
Have you ever loved someone but felt they didn’t return that love? That’s not fair.
Have you ever been nice & kind to someone who you felt didn’t “deserve” it bc they were mean and nasty with their words or attitude? That’s not fair.
But it’s love. LOVE ANYWAY.
It’s about doing the right thing – spreading goodness and kindness, compassion and hope to others in your neighborhood, your community, your region, your country, the world. No matter what, LOVE ANYWAY.
I realize there are political things going on that we all may feel differently about and there are wars thru-out the world and terror threats that are real to us all. Here in the USA we have loons shooting up schools and killing innocent people. What LOVE ANYWAY means in these cases is to NOT LIVE IN FEAR; don’t look at someone who looks “different” as a threat to you. Not everyone is a “bad guy”. There are no hard & fast rules for anything in life..except love & compassion.
Will they cure these issues? Not at first, but maybe. Maybe – in time (maybe it’ll take LOTS of time) For me, I’d much prefer to spread love thru the world than to see hate & destruction take a stronger foothold. Wearing this t-shirt is an outward symbol showing your love & compassion for others. The real symbol would be to prove that love & compassion by your words & deeds and daily behaviors…but the shirt is a start.
