Jumping Around
You need to follow your passion, research companies, make a decision, and plant your feet. All things work IF you work them. Find one thing and become a master at it. If, by chance, you wish to do a side income kind of thing – then do it but never lose focus of your primary goal. Do whatever it takes to separate yourself from the crowd. Stop being a company-jumper…make a decision, take a stand, and get to work.
Follow the Wrong People
Bad habits are detrimental to any home business. Make sure your radar is on, charged up, and working. Surround yourself and your team with people of integrity, ethics, honesty. Mirror what they teach. Shortcuts will never lead to success.
Know It All
Never stop learning. When you do, you become stagnate. You cannot have the attitude that you know it all – because, you don’t. Be a product of your products – all of them. You are a student first, a leader second. Teach what you learn. Impart your wisdom to your team. Don’t be a secret agent; share. When your team does well, you do well.
Chase the Money
There are NO shortcuts in owning, operating, and growing a home business – ANY business. It takes hard work and dedication, as well as creativity and a plan. There is no “fast way to make money”. Focusing only on recruitment leaves you with unhappy customers because you are not helping them expand their experience with your products, thus their business stalls…therefore they will leave which equals failure for you. There is balance to be found. Solve problems. You must be a product of the product. You cannot just focus on recruitment…that is only part of the equation for success.
