That being said…..
You know, as I get to know more and more about people here on Facebook (FB) in the network marketing arena/community…the more I realize that many are really NOT like-minded with me. I see so many treat others as numbers in a money game; they don’t care that their company of choice is nothing more than a sham…a place to entice people with the promise of “if you do this, recruit this many people, help them do the same, then you will earn this…” – and their company’s “product” is nothing…..just get the recruiting numbers in, slam as many people into the deal as possible…when the well runs dry, we’ll move over to this deal and start the process all over again…who cares if the recruits succeed or if they leave…you got that fast start commission on them….you’re good financially….keep doing it.
THAT is NOT my idea of doing good business.
And just because it is a low cost start-up, that is NOT the reason to partner with ANY company! It’s got to resonate with you…with your core beliefs. Are you aware of the products your company offers/sells or are you just chasing the money without a care in the world if you injure anyone or not?
I care. I care a lot! My choice is to NEVER injure or harm another…ever.
I refuse to associate with a person or a company that does. I am not talking about companies that I might not understand…I am talking about companies that teach people to recruit, recruit, recruit… Of course you need a large team to leverage and build. But, WHAT is the product DOING for your recruits, your affiliates, your customers? IS it helping them or are they just doing the same…recruiting everyone on the planet? Even digital products need to be helpful to people in some way, shape, or form. You can’t just say…well it’s cheap to get in….just go get more people to buy in… Seriously….can you truly look yourself in the mirror after you do that to people?
If YOU are this kind of person, we need to sever ties and go our separate ways. If you are unsure if this describes you and your company or not….let’s talk. Maybe I can thru our chat or phone conversation you will discover for yourself.
That is one of the reasons I posted on my FB timeline the other day about the Human Race…is it a race or are we “a PEOPLE”? Seems so many people are focused on getting ahead NO MATTER what the cost is to others….that is NOT for me. What they fail to realize is that THIS course of action will eventually come back and bite them in the butt. your actions show your character and your character determines who and how many will follow you. Like attracts like…plain & simple.
Recently FB opened a kind of “history app”. It tells you some posts you made on this day in previous years. In looking thru some of mine….I went back five years…and I am still saying the same things I was saying then…love people, treat them with honesty and respect, everyone is on their own journey, it is our job to encourage and uplift not tear down….etc…same things I still say today. I can say that my colors are the same today as they were years ago. My activities may change but my core beliefs and how I treat others remains the same. INTEGRITY. ETHICS. HONESTY. LOVE.
I do my best not to judge people but I do allow people’s actions and choices to define them. So…..what do your actions & choices say about you?
